Uncle Scott’s (Semi) Famous Guacamole
From the leader of Santa Clarita's underground baking group, Uncle Scott gave us permission to share his (semi) famous guacamole recipe. No tomatoes? No. We use high quality avocados from our market so we want their goodness to shine through. Be the hit of your gathering with this delicious recipe. #IYKYK
Ingredients
- 3 regular size avocados
- 2-3 jalapeños diced
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 to 1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mash avocado with a fork until desired consistency is reached. Stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
