Born and raised in Paris, France, owner Samuel faithfully recreates the pastries he grew up with. His signature butter croissant is painstakingly crafted over a two day period. All of his baked goods use the highest quality ingredients such as imported French butter and French Valrhona chocolate. Everything is baked in his commercial kitchen fresh just prior to our market.

Joy in a jar! Slow Stir Foods brings award winning jams to our market. Ingredients are kept simple to allow the beauty of the fruit to shine through. Much of the fruit used is sourced directly from our California farmers markets! Selection rotates depending on the season. Cane sugar or honey is used to sweeten the jams. Things like high fructose corn syrup and artificial colors are never used.

Häsi Bread brings wild fermented sourdough bread to our market. Their breads are mixed with turmeric and butterfly pea flower for beauty and added health benefits. All of their breads are fermented extra long for an amazing taste and easy digestibility. They freshly mill their own artisan grains. Owner Matias (his friends call him Häsi, pronounced Hay-zee) is California born but traces his bread making back to training he received in Austria.

Lefse is a Norwegian flatbread made with potatoes. It traces it's roots back over 200 years in Norwegian culture. The team at Loving Lefse serves traditional lefse, served warm with butter and sugar. But, they also offer several non traditional options. This includes sweet lefse such as nutella and strawberries and savory lefse filled with ham, eggs and cheese. The menu selection rotates often so always ask what limited time specialties are being served.

Owner Angela draws on her childhood in New Zealand as well as global influences to create traditional and fusion variations on her pies.
