Step 1
Mix ¼ cup water with the honey, pepper and ½ teaspoon salt; set the honey mixture aside.

In a larger bowl, stir together the flour, turmeric and 1 teaspoon salt. Add the chicken and toss until all sides are coated.

In a large pan or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until the turmeric is fragrant and the chicken is golden brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Step 4
Add the asparagus and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the honey mixture and stir. Cook until the chicken is cooked throughly and the sauce has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from heat. Stir in the vinegar and taste. Add more salt or pepper if desired. Serve with limes to squeeze over the top.
