
Easy Berry Overnight French Toast
Easy french toast that can be made ahead of time. Just bake and enjoy in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Bread cut into 1-inch cubes
- 5 oz Fromage blanc or cream cheese
- ½ cup Fresh berries
- ¼ cup Jam of choice
- 6 Large eggs Slightly beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- ⅓ cup Maple syrup
Jam Syrup
- ½ cup Jam
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Grease a deep-dish pie pan, small casserole dish or an 8x8x2 square pan.
- Place half of the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish.
- Cube and distribute the fromage blanc, fresh blueberries, and jam over bread cubes.
- Top with remaining bread cubes.
- In a medium size bowl combine the eggs, syrup and milk. Whisk until uniform. Pour over bread mixture.
- Place in refrigerator several hours or preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake approximately 15-30 minutes more, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden.
- While the casserole bakes, combine the jam syrup ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat over low heat on the stovetop. Drizzle jam syrup over each serving. Garnish with fresh berries.
